Sorry to Chew this Thing to Death, but...
Freedom of speech/press is only freedom when it serves a purpos
e, as I have just discovered. I'm sure this man is wondering why everyone is coming down so hard on his writings when they are defending the Danish Cartoons with such vehemency. If we, as a nation, defend the rights of other nations' to publish what they want, then we need to give this guy a break! At least his novel didn't cause a worldwide uprising!
